LONDON – Framery, the pioneer of the soundproof office pod, is marking its return to Clerkenwell Design Week (May 19-21) with the grand opening of its new flagship showroom. Located at 63 Goswell Road, the space sits at the heart of London’s architectural district and serves as a new hub for the brand’s expanding presence in the UK.

Made for the Modern Workspace

London remains one of the most expensive commercial real estate markets in the world, where businesses often rely on high-density, open-plan layouts. The Evolution of the Soundproof Pod

The new showroom features Framery’s latest generation of smart pods, including Framery One, One Compact, Four, and Six. These are no longer just furniture, but responsive tools integrated with smart technology. The pods automatically sense users to adjust lighting and airflow, while built-in sensors collect anonymized data to help companies “rightsize” their offices—ensuring they have the correct balance of meeting spaces and individual focus areas.

A New Way to Work: Framery Subscribed

Recognizing that modern businesses need agility, Framery is introducing Framery Subscribed to the UK market. This model allows companies to subscribe to office pods as a predictable operational expense rather than a major capital investment. Built on circular economy principles, the subscription ensures pods are maintained, refurbished, and reused across multiple lifecycles, directly combating the issue of office furniture waste.

Grand Opening and “Pods & Pastries”

Throughout Clerkenwell Design Week, the showroom will host a series of events for the design community:

Grand Opening Party (Wednesday, May 20, 5 pm onwards): An evening of curated DJ sets, signature cocktails, and a chance to experience the “Karaoke Pod” to test the brand’s world-class acoustics firsthand.
